Subscription Terms

1. Free Trial

We may offer you a free trial to experience Life7’s features. If you decide not to continue after the trial, please cancel at least 24 hours before your trial period ends. Otherwise, you’ll automatically be charged the subscription fee displayed at the time you signed up.

2. Subscription

Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each chosen period (weekly, monthly, every six months, yearly, or another option available at purchase) until you cancel. This ensures uninterrupted access to Life7’s full suite of services.

3. Payment Method

When you subscribe, you authorize us to charge the subscription fee to the payment method you provided at the time of purchase. Please ensure your payment details are current to avoid any interruptions in service.

4. Cancellation

Canceling your subscription stops the automatic renewal for future periods. You will continue to have access to Life7 until the end of your current subscription period. Note that deleting the app does not cancel your subscriptions.

For subscriptions or free trials purchased through:

  • Apple App Store:
    You can cancel anytime by turning off auto-renewal in your Apple ID account settings. To avoid charges, cancel at least 24 hours before your free trial or current period ends. For more details, please visit Apple’s support page.
  • Google Play:
    Cancel by disabling auto-renewal in your Google Play account settings at least 24 hours before your trial or subscription period ends. For instructions, please check Google Play’s support page.
  • Our Website:
    If you subscribed or started a free trial via our website, you can cancel by contacting our support team at [email protected] or by clicking the “Cancel Subscription” button in your account settings. Be sure to cancel at least 24 hours before the end of your free trial or current subscription period to avoid any charges.

5. Changes to Subscription Fees

We reserve the right to change subscription fees as permitted by applicable laws. If there’s a change in pricing, we’ll notify you by updating the prices in the app, sending an email, or using another prominent method. Should you decide that you do not wish to accept the new fees, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.

6. Refunds

For subscriptions or free trials purchased through:

  • Apple App Store:
    If you believe you’re eligible for a refund, you must request it directly from Apple. Please follow the instructions on Apple’s support page.
  • Google Play:
    For refunds, requests must be made directly with Google. Follow the guidance provided on Google’s support page.

In these cases, we may share certain data (such as your subscription status, account activity, and usage information) with the respective platform to help process your refund request transparently and fairly.
